How ShadhinTour collects, encrypts, and protects your personal and payment information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, and optional NID/Passport number solely for issuing travel vouchers, hotel reservations, and transport tickets.
2. Encryption of Sensitive IDs
NID and Passport numbers submitted during checkout are encrypted at rest in our database using industry-standard AES-256 encryption and are never publicly exposed.
3. Payment Security
All online payments are processed directly through Bangladesh Bank licensed Payment System Operators (shurjoPay). ShadhinTour does not store your card PIN, CVV, or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) PIN.
4. Voucher Lookup Privacy
Our public Track Booking system requires both your unique Order Number and registered Mobile Number to prevent unauthorized access to your itinerary.
